Leverage Adjustment Policy

At Land Prime, the maximum leverage of trading accounts is automatically adjusted based on account equity or the size of open positions, in order to manage trading risk

  • 1) This policy applies only to Forex and Metal products. It does not apply to Energy, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, or Stock CFD positions.
  • 2) Leverage is automatically adjusted based on account equity and open position size. However, 50:1 leverage is applied only when both the equity and position size conditions are met.

Conditions for Increased Margin Requirements

News

From 15 minutes before until 5 minutes after the release of major economic news, the margin requirement for related instruments will be calculated based on a maximum leverage of 200:1.

Weekends

For new positions opened within 3 hours before the FX market closes until 2 hours after it reopens, the margin requirement will be calculated based on a maximum leverage of 200:1.

Holidays

During weekends and major public holidays, margin requirements may be increased. Prior notice will be provided on the announcements page before application.
